Dr. Albright and Kaylin Sauve are trained in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. This is a form of acupuncture following evidence-based medicine for the treatment of pain and dysfunction using neurofunctional acupuncture and electroacupuncture.

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.

Spinal Decompression Therapy

Non-surgical, drug-free relief for back and neck pain using SpineMED®. This gentle, computer-controlled therapy adjusts traction in real time to respond to muscle tension, helping relieve pain, support discs, and improve mobility. Ideal for herniated discs, sciatica, or general back/neck tension.

Dry needling treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function. 

 It is often incorporated with other  interventions into treatment.

Rehabilitation is an integral part of any injury management treatment plan. Rehabilitation can include, but is not limited to: muscle strengthening, core stabilization, balance training, proprioceptive training, sport specific movement training, and stretching. 

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
