Tanya Simard holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Maine. She then attended McGill University for her Masters in Kinesiology before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Presidential Scholar award.
Growing up in North Bay, Ontario, she participated in a slew of sports—most notably track and field, which landed her a spot in the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame and a Division 1 full scholarship to the University of Maine. After obtaining her doctorate in chiropractic at Palmer, Tanya gained experience as a sports chiropractor in Orange County, California, working with high-calibre athletes ranging from high school prodigies to world-class triathletes.
She continues to provide top-notch chiropractic care for athletes and non-athletes in both her Montreal clinic and in Vankleek Hill, incorporating complementary techniques such as IASTM, cupping, and RockTaping into her practice. In Tanya’s eyes, effective healthcare means building relationships based on trust and transparency.
